SARDIS: ( These things saith he that hath the seven spirits of God,) Which of course is ourLord Jesus. Remember in Isaiah: ( and there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots; and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the spirit of wisdom, spirit of understanding, spirit of counsel, spirit of might, spirit of knowledge, spirit of fear of the Lord, and the spirit of judgement. ) The Lord warns them to repent. That they have let go of some of the things that they once new to do. . ( Remember therefore how thou has received, and heard) Wants them to become stronger in areas of their walk with Him. Not to become weary or that also will be lost. Not to think that they have already obtained. Just because they have been saved and their names were put into the book of life, that they can't be taken out again. But that they still must be overcomers. For the same one that had the auhtority to put them there, also has the authority to have them blotted out. Next Philadelphia James Walker
