THE ANTICHRIST: Prophecy about the antichrist is thru out the bible. I will try and keep it simple and short as always, but will cover a few of the books that talk about him. We have talked about how that in the book of Genesis, the Lord talking to the serpent. ( the devil ) Gen: ch3 vr 15 ( I will put enmity between thee and the woman ( church ) and between thy seed, and her seed. ) ( remember the seed that Satan shall spawn is the antichrist ) What most do not realize is that this man comes on the scene a while before tribulation starts. Remember Jesus was about his fathers business from the age of Twelve but not many knew of him or who he was untill his ministry. ( three and a half years ) So shall this man be about his fathers business before his rule durning the first three and a half years of tribulation. It was not untill the prophet John the baptist preached of one coming after him, of whose shoes he was not worthy to loose. That some began to follow after Christ believeing that he was the messiah. And so will it be with the antichrist. Not untill the false prophet preaches about one coming after him, who is going to bring peace on the earth. One that will bring world order, one that will create jobs for many and will stabilze the econemy. Daniel ch8 vr 25 ( And through his policy he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand: and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many ) remember in first thess: ch5 vr3 ( ( for when they shall say, peace and safty: then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child: and they shall not escape ) So we see that everything this man has to offer is just temporary. But at first one will not be able to find any fault with this man. Everything he does will seem to be for the good of mankind. He will truly seem to be God in the flesh. But there will be some saints who the true God will reveal who this man really is. And they shall be strong in the Lord, Daniel ch11 vr 32-33, ( But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. ) trying to warn others. But many will laugh and mock them, as did lot's own kin, when he tried to warn them of the destruction of Sodom. When people are getting their wants, and needs taking care of, seeing miracels, seeing false wonders, fire coming down from heaven, and those being consumed by the flame and having their heads cut off, and being thrown into prison who resist this false Christ. It will be hard to convince them of who this man realy is. They will believe that we are the ones that are resisting Christ That we are the ones that have failed to see the truth of God's word. They will think that they are doing God a service by turning us in. Saying have you not read where Elijah is coming back, is this man not surly Elijah, who has power to call fire down from heaven,( this is the biggest lie being taught.) have you not read where Christ shall return and bring peace on the earth, and rein for a thousand years, have you not read where you have power over the enemy. if this was of Satan, then how has he the power to prevail over you. This is when father shall turn against his son, and mother against daughter, and children against their parents. But it is they who no not the scriptures, it is them that have been decived by false signs and lying wonders. Next antichrist part four. James Walker
